Shipping and Delivery
Please note that our published shipping times are based on Royal Mail published delivery times for the class of service chosen. Pretty Pieces Limited accepts no liability in the event that orders take longer to arrive than the estimated published delivery times.
The Shipping and Delivery terms below form part of our Terms and Conditions so please take the time to read and understand them before placing any order.
1. UK Shipping
Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
Orders where goods total GBP £14.99 or less - £2.60 per order
Orders where goods total GBP £15.00 or more - each qualifying order shipped FREE of charge within the UK*
Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
Orders where goods total GBP £14.99 or less - £3.00 per order
Orders where goods total GBP £15.00 or more - upgrade each qualifying order from free UK Standard Shipping for just £1.50 per order*

Express Signed For Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
All orders - £4.00 per order (use this service if you prefer to choose a signed for service for your order; please make sure that someone will be available at the delivery address to take and sign for your order)

Next Day (weekday) Special Delivery SIGNED FOR Shipping**
All orders - £6.95 per order (orders placed before 12pm (GMT) Monday to Thursday are eligible for guaranteed next day weekday delivery by 1pm). Please make sure someone will be available at the delivery address to take and sign for your order.
(Please note: Orders placed after Thursday 12pm using this service will be taken, but cannot be guaranteed for delivery until the next available working day - usually Monday.)
Next Day (Saturday) Special Delivery SIGNED FOR Shipping**
All orders - £9.95 per order (orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on Friday are eligible for guaranteed next day Saturday delivery by 1pm). Please make sure someone will be available at the delivery address to take and sign for your order.
(Please note: Orders placed after Friday 12pm using this service will be taken, but cannot be guaranteed for Saturday delivery.)
** Use one of these services if you are in a hurry and need an order guaranteed for next day delivery (delivery on Monday to Saturday only). We are sorry, but the Special Delivery Next Day shipping options are not available for orders being delivered to: Herm & Sark (GY1, GY9); Lewis (HS2); Harris (HS3); Scalpay (HS4); Leverburgh (HS5); North Uist (HS6); Benbecula (HS7); South Uist (HS8); Castle Bay [Barra] (HS9); Skye (IV41-51. 55 & 56); Colonsay (PA61); Mull (PA62-75); Iona (PA76); Coll (PA78); Shetlands (ZE2-3); Orkney (KW1-17); Eigg & Muck (PH42); Rhum & Canna (P43-44).
Note on UK Shipping
For our shipping purposes, the UK includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands***. We will usually ship items to you using Royal Mail, occasionally using a 'signed for' service. For some orders we may use a different carrier. We will select the most appropriate shipping carrier for your order; unfortunately, you are not able to select the carrier yourself.
***Orders shipped to Channel Islands are not subject to UK VAT.
2. Shipping to BFPO Addresses
BFPO Standard
All orders - 3.95 per order
BFPO Signed For
All orders - £4.95 per order
BFPO Special Delivery
All orders - £6.95 per order
In order for us to be able to process BFPO orders, at the checkout you must choose BFPO as the shipping country from the dropdown menu. Do not choose the country of destination for BFPO addresses. Please note that orders to all BFPO destinations will be charged UK VAT.
Delivery times to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses are dependent on BFPO schedules.
3. International Shipping
International Standard Airmail (Europe): 3 to 5 working days
All orders - £4.75 per order
International Signed For Airmail (Europe): 3 to 5 working days
All orders - £9.95 per order
International Standard Airmail: 5 to 7 working days
All orders - £7.75 per order
International Signed For Airmail: 5 to 7 working days
All orders - £12.95 per order
If your country is not listed in the dropdown menu of available countries at checkout then unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
Use 'signed for' services if you prefer a signed for service for your order; please make sure that someone will be available at the delivery address to take and sign for your order. (This is not a time-guaranteed service.)
Orders shipped to international destinations outside of the European Union are not subject to UK VAT and the VAT deduction will be done at checkout. However, please be aware that orders to these destinations may be subject to local import duties and / or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local customs authority to ascertain applicable rates. Pretty Pieces Ltd is not responsible for any such charges; any charges applied must be paid for by the order recipient. Additionally, please note that you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods will be received.
