| Where do you deliver to? |

We deliver within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. To check if we are able to ship to your country, please do the following:
1. Add the item(s) you are interested in to the cart; this will automatically bring you to the CALCULATING SHIPPING page. shipping grid.
2. Look for your country in dropdown menu of available countries. If your country is not in this dropdown menu unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
Please be aware that orders to international destinations outside of the European Union may be subject to local import duties and / or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local customs authority to ascertain applicable rates. Pretty Pieces Ltd is not responsible for any such charges; any charges applied must be paid for by the order recipient. Additionally, please note that you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods will be received. | How long will it take for my UK order to arrive? |

This depends on the shipping rate you choose at checkout, and the destination address of your order. Approximate shipping times are as follows:
Standard Shipping – delivery within 3 to 5 business days
Express Shipping – delivery within 1 to 2 business days
Next Day Shipping – delivery within 1 business day

| How long will it take for my international order to arrive? |

| What happens if no-one is at home when you deliver? |
| |
All orders sent to you from Pretty Pieces Ltd will be shipped using a ‘signed for’ service. Please make sure that someone will be able to sign for the parcel(s) at the delivery address you give us. If no-one is in to sign for the parcel(s) then you will have to make alternative delivery arrangements with the delivery company.

However, we know that sometimes you might change your mind about something you have ordered from us. | When will I be refunded if I return goods? |
