Do I have to pay UK sales tax (VAT)?
  All prices include UK Value Added Tax of 20%. VAT is payable on all orders delivered within the UK and EC. This means that in addition to the UK, VAT is paid on orders delivered to the following EC destinations: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus Southern, Czech Republic, Denmark Estonia, Finland, France (inc. Monaco & Corsica), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy (inc. Sardinia), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (inc. Madeira, Azores), Republic of Ireland, Spain (inc. Balearic Islands), Slovak Republic, Slovenia, & Sweden.
If you purchase an order that is to be delivered outside of UK or EC, the VAT amount will automatically be deducted at the checkout. Please be aware that orders to destinations outside of the UK and EC may be subject to local import duties and / or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local customs authority to ascertain applicable rates. Pretty Pieces Ltd is not responsible for any such charges; any charges applied must be paid for by the order recipient. Additionally, please note that you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods will be received. I have a query on the amount that I was charged.
  If you have created an account, you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders.  We also email a copy of the invoice to you when you place an order, and include a paper copy of it with your order when shipped (remember, if you have told us the order is a 'gift' we won't include a paper copy invoice and the packing note won't show prices on it).

You can then compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns about what you have been charged, please contact customer service for further assistance by emailing orders@pretty-pieces.co.uk.
I need a copy of my receipt / invoice.
 
If you have created an account, you can click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to access your order history and print copies of your invoices.  We will also email a copy of your invoice to you when you place and order, and include a paper copy when your order is despatched (remember, if you have told us that the order is a 'gift' we won't include a paper invoice and the packing note won't show prices on it).

If you need a VAT invoice for an order, please email your request to us using orders@pretty-pieces.co.uk including the order number reference.
