Can I return anything I don't like?

I would like to return an item, what do I do?
  Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for details about returning items.  There is a section for each returns situation - you only need to read the section that is relevant to you.
My order hasn't arrived / an item is missing.
  Sometimes we might split your order in to more than one shipment; please check that all of the items that you ordered are showing as ‘shipped’. You can do this by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our website to check the status of your order.

If your order is showing as 'shipped' and you haven't received it within estimated delivery times, please refer to Section 5: Non-receipt of Goods in our Returns and Refunds Policy for details on what to do next.

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item, or an item it missing from your order, please refer to Section 2: Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods in our Returns and Refunds Policy for details on what to do next.
