Shipping and Delivery

COVID-19: We are continuing to operate as normally as possible, but please be aware that your order may be subject to delays either with despatch, or transit, due to unforseen circumstances related to the current Coronavirus pandemic. This may apply particularly to those customers living in areas that are subject to additional local restrictions.

Under normal circumstances, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days*. Occasionally, during busy periods, a small number of orders may be dispatched outside of this time frame. How soon you receive your order is then dependent on the shipping option that you choose at the checkout. The timescales for dispatch, when added to the transit timescales for your chosen shipping option, will give you an approximate timeframe for the delivery of your order. Available shipping options are listed below.

Please note that our published transit times are based on Royal Mail published estimates for the class of service chosen. Pretty Pieces Limited accepts no liability in the event that orders take longer to arrive than the estimated published transit times. This Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions so please take the time to read and understand it before placing any order.

*Business Days are Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays).

1. UK Standard Shipping

The UK standard shipping option:
- has an estimated transit time after despatch of 2 to 4 Business Days*
- is NOT time guaranteed.

Cost of UK Standard Shipping per order is as follows:
Basket totalling £5 or less: £3.99
Basket totals between £5.01 to £14.99: £2.99
Baskets totalling £15 or more: FREE (promotional rate)

Note on UK Shipping
For our shipping purposes, the UK includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands**. We will usually ship items to you using Royal Mail, occasionally we may choose to use a 'signed for' service. For some orders we may use a different carrier. We will select the most appropriate shipping carrier for your order; unfortunately, you are not able to select the carrier yourself.
**Orders shipped to Channel Islands are not subject to UK VAT. In order for the VAT to be deducted at checkout you MUST choose 'Channel Islands' from the country drop down menu.


2. Shipping to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) Addresses
Shipping prices to BFPO addresses are the same as those for UK destinations (see Section 1 UK Shipping above). Please ensure you choose BFPO as the shipping destination country, and complete all relevant information.

3. International Shipping

International Standard Airmail (within Europe)
- has an estimated transit time after despatch of 5 to 7 Business Days*
- is NOT time guaranteed.
Cost per order: £5.95

International Standard Airmail (Rest of World)
- has an estimated transit time after despatch of 7 to 10 Business Days*
- is NOT time guaranteed.
Cost per order: £12.95

Notes on International Shipping

If your country is not listed in the dropdown menu of available countries at checkout then unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
Orders shipped to international destinations outside of the European Union are not subject to UK VAT and the VAT deduction will be done at checkout. However, please be aware that orders to these destinations may be subject to local import duties and / or local taxes in the country of destination.Please check with your local customs authority to ascertain applicable rates.Pretty Pieces Ltd is not responsible for any such charges; any charges applied must be paid for by the order recipient. Additionally, please note that you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods will be received. The estimated transit times listed in the table above do not include potential delays to delivery whilst goods are held in customs for clearance.

Orders for shipment to the USA: please note that a small number of US customers are experiencing longer than anticiapted delivery timescales, due to increased security measures for parcels entering the USA.
